Each project has a designated account manager who possesses
the expertise in web design, programming, and best-of-breed
project management protocol.
1. Free Consultation
On filling out a Request For Proposal we assign to you
a dedicated account manager. Then we listen to everything
you have to say about your vision, your business, and
yourself and find out what you need to accomplish. When
possible we try to visit your place of business to get
a better feel for it. Finally, we will propose what we
feel is the best solution for you and your business. This
is all done completely free of charge and avoiding sales
pitches, no expectations to buy, just a healthy exchange
of facts and ideas.
2. Project Definition
This is where you put us to work. First we conduct a comprehensive
review of your project and needs. Then we define the scope,
set the technical requirements, set the budget, and get
back to you with a proposal. It will clearly outline plans
for all applicable components: design, content, programming,
online marketing, hosting, delivery, and more. Where applicable,
we may also include definitions of your target audience,
industry, products, services, company goals, and overall
marketing plan.
3. Kickoff
Once our client contract has been signed, we set the ball
rolling on your project. We then dissect your project
requirements and assign appropriate specialists. Where
applicable, imagery research and concept development are
now also underway, after which we set up a project site
that allows you to view our progress as its happening.
4. Development
This stage includes design, programming, content development
and integration. At your convenience, you'll be able to
watch from any computer connected to the web as your project
comes to life. Let us know and we’ll fix it as we
go. We can incorporate real time changes as soon as you
spot something you don’t like. When it's all said
and done we give you two full revisions before moving
on to the next stage.
5. Testing
At this point of time we are nearing the completion phase
of the project. This does not mean by any term of the
word that we stop working on your requirements. We take
our testing very seriously as it is the only way to ensure
that the quality of our work meets the standards you deserve.
Browser compatibility tests, accessibility tests, proof-reading
and de-bugging are all stringently performed.
6. Final Approval
We are ready for lift off and all we need is a final go
ahead from your end to launch. At this point we ask you
to go over the project as thoroughly as possible to view
and browse anything we might have missed or any final
revisions you’d like done before giving the final
approval.
7. Launch
Lift off! Your project is on the go. At this point you
may also request a closing package which includes the
entire project, complete with all related files, on a
CD. If it's a site that you're having us host, we'll set
you up with your control panel and email accounts. This
is also where we'll conduct initial SEO activities including
submission to all major search engines. |
